Lose the Wheat, Lose the Weight!
How many of you here have absolutely given up bread and sworn off from bread totally, 100 percent? Wow, fantastic. All 7 of you.
I have to say, it was really interesting walking through our meetings where food has been served the last three days and seeing how much bread was left in the bowls, which I never saw left in the bowls in the past. I am so proud of all of you. Now, I’m hoping that’s because of discipline, not because of feeling guilty because Gary’s talking about it. Those of you who have been with me before know that I bring you truth; you know that I bring you information to give you a better life and better health.
I got asked yesterday by a beautiful doctor: “Gary, I’ve watched you move on stage. I know what happened to your back last year; I saw the scans. How do you do it?”
If I ate like everybody else, I probably wouldn’t do it. If I didn’t use oils every day, I wouldn’t be able to do it. It’s that simple. They’re my life support. We are what we eat. We are what we think. We are what we dwell on.
Peptides with opiate activity are found in wheat gluten. Bread gives us the munchies. Boy, you go to a hamburger joint, and you want to keep eating.
