Lemon. Over 50 studies reveal benefits of d-limonene and our Lemon essential oil has those fabulous antioxidant properties of d-limonene, which protect the body. Guess what’s in Blue Spruce and Balsam Fir oils? Yes, limonene. Studies suggest lemon oil is very effective at supporting the liver and circulatory system.

Add 2 to 3 drops of Lemon oil in a glass of water and mix it. Mary and I cook with the oils; they’re our flavoring agents. Diffuse it to uplift emotions. It’s an important ingredient in NingXia Red.

Peppermint. How many of you like peppermint tea? Why? Because it’s soothing to the stomach, the gastrointestinal tract. Try putting 1 drop of Peppermint oil in a cup of warm water, and just stir it and sip on it; you’ll be amazed at what it’ll do, not only for your digestive system but also for your circulatory system.

The mental clarity you get from drinking peppermint water is amazing. The University of Cincinnati found that inhaling peppermint oil increased mental accuracy by 28 percent. Does that have value?

Studies have proved the antioxidant activities of peppermint oil. They show that peppermint oil curbs appetite when inhaled. Add it to herbal tea to support digestion. Use it before and during workouts to invigorate your muscles and reduce fatigue. Place 2 drops on the tongue to improve alertness and focus. Mix it in a foot bath to relieve sore feet.
